We want you to be happy with your order. If there is any issue with your potatoes, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
We are a small team and will always do our best to resolve any problems quickly and fairly. Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Please include your order details and, where possible, a photo of the issue so we can look into it properly.
Because our products are fresh produce, we ask that any problems are reported promptly after delivery.
