Shipping policy
We currently ship across The UK, This excludes the isle of man,channel islands, Alderney, Hern and Sark and some other remote areas of Scotland
If you are based in Ramsey, Huntingdon, Whittlesey, Peterborough, March, or within approximately 10 miles of Ramsey, please continue to place your orders via Facebook or WhatsApp for the time being.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days and ship Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Quite often they are processed and collected the following day, as a small farm business this can all vary depending on demand and our delivery schedule.
Once dispatched, orders are sent using APC Overnight on a next business day delivery service (Monday to friday). While this is the standard service used, delivery times are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by courier delays.
During particularly busy periods, dispatch times may take a little longer. We are a small business with limited capacity and greatly appreciate your patience and support.
Because our potatoes are a perishable product, and to avoid unnecessary delays in you receiving your order, parcels are left in a safe place at your delivery address if nobody is home.
By placing an order, you accept responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered to the address provided or left in a safe place. For this reason, claims for non-delivery cannot be accepted once the courier has confirmed delivery.

Product Quality and Damages
Every effort is made during grading and packing to remove potatoes with noticeable imperfections. However, as this is a natural farm product, you may occasionally receive a potato with minor superficial marks such as scrapes, cuts, slight bruising, or small green patches caused by exposure to light.
These potatoes are usually still perfectly safe to eat. Any affected area can simply be cut away before cooking.
Please note that perishable items are excluded from the courier’s standard parcel protection for damage in transit. However, if your order is not of the standard you reasonably expect on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
